Check this blog

A new "SAP Mobile Platform Tools" is available in eclipse kepler which is similar/more feature than previously existing tool GWPA in JUNO.

Can you confirm if you are accessing any external URL (e.g. SAP Development Tools for Eclipse - Kepler Software Repository) using any proxy settings? Check it in your browser first.

If yes, you have to set proxy settings in eclipse kepler as mentioned in the section "How to resolve this issue?" in this blog.

Do it for http and https both. Restart eclipse and then try.

NO. If you are using chrome then open chrome://settings/  > Show advanced settings>change proxy settings?>connection>LAN settings>proxy server

Are you passing any details in "proxy server" ?

Radhesh ,

Juno is now deprecated by Gateway and related plugins are no more supported by SAP. Please try with Eclipse kepler.
