Hi,
Has anyone heard a possible date when SAP might certify on Oracle 12c?
Thanks,
Mike
Hi Mike,
SAP has planned to certify and start with Oracle 12.1.0.2 (which is out since end of July 2014).
Source (page 21): SAP on Oracle Development Update (April 2014)
However 12.1.0.2 is more like a R2 release (in my opinion) based on the functional enhancements / features. The final SAP release/certification schedule depends on discovered bugs, etc. and so the best contact person for a final release date would be Dr. Christian Graf.

Stefan

Hi,
A little info is that (currently) it is expected to be released by Q1 2015.
Of course, still there is no information of what "new" features will be supported (multitenant, in memory ...)

Hi Michael,
As per SAP note 1980473 - Is Oracle 12c supported for XI3.1/ BO 4.0/4.1 ?
Oracle 12c is support for BOBJ.
There is not very clear indication on Oracle 12c support for other SAP solutions.
