Duplicate records in APD

Hello Team,

I am trying to load data in to a Direct update DSO using an APD.

The job fails with the Error " Duplicate data when writing data to the DSO"

I have checked the Intermediate results , but there are no Duplicate Records.

Can you tell me if there is any other way to find the duplicate records?

Hello,

I am running the APD as per Dates.

So it worked fine for July 03 but when i run for July 04 it failed.

Also since it is a Direct update DSO..

i cannot handle Duplicacy there.

please suggest all possible ways to find the Duplicate records.

Thanks

Shivani

I am sure you might have already tried it but this might be worth checking again

Try to display intermediate results for Jul 04, export to excel for all fileds and the try to identify/analyze  duplicates if any. You can also do it if the source ofr your APD is query (dont forget to disable the suppression as APD will not take this into consideration)

Go to your query designer and in the query properties you will find row and column suppression so turn it off OR you can also do it from report output by context menu> query properties

Thanks

Hi Shiv

Have you set your key fields and data fileds correctly and are there any routines used in the data transfer process?

Thanks
