Dashboard error Error 2170 and ERR_WIS_30270

while running Dashboard report in sapBO 4.0 sp6 i am getting error ERR_WIS_30270 and Error 2170  .

Confirm the reproducing steps mentioned below:

Symptom
A QaaWS is created that contains a prompt accepting Date type values.
In the QaaWS client tool, a date prompt value is accepted and the data returns without error.
When the QaaWS is called from Dashboard, Web Intelligence, or any SOAP client, an error is returned:
Error:  "An internal error occured while calling 'answerPromptsEx' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270)"

Environment
SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Plateform 4.0 SP05
SAP BusinessObjects Dashboards 4.0 SP05

Reproducing the Issue
Create a QaaWS connection with Date prompt
Consume the QaaWS connection in Dashboards
Refresh the QaaWS connection at runtime

Cause
The Web Services Provider is not correctly handling date format prompt values.

Resolution
This issue has been identified as a product defect and logged under Problem Report ID ADAPT01666501 and ADAPT01686757

The issue is resolved by applying one of the following code corrections:
SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.0 SP05 Patch 9
SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.0 SP06 Patch 2
SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.0 SP07
SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.1 SP02
