I have used PCL device types in conjunction with SAPSprint and have had printers produce hard copys, I haven't had to use SAPPDFPRINT for anything in my printing environment.

I came across this when remote offices in Mexico failed to have PS licenses installed to their Canon printers and had to create print queues for PCL device types to meet the go live dead line.

Hello Shiro,

You can use the PCL device type for example HPLJ4 to print the ADS form.

Will you get any error when use this device type?

Hello Shiro,

You can try with the SAPPDFPRINT 730 patch 3 or higher to test again.

If problem persists, you can follow the note 1780925 to take the log file
and see what's the error there.
