MSS Launchpad for work overview, Team, employee information .

Hi, I am on MSS Add on 1.0 and using mss on portal EP7.4..

In launchpad I can see following MSS instance .I have highlighted instance but need some input which one is used for which purpose on portal .

I want to Use Standard POWL service for work overview. Employee information with their profile. Attandance approval and cats approval,reporting AND TEAM information as standard services...so which one i need to maintain for this.

2. what is use of MSS Role & instance NAV /Navigation_menu..

ROLE : MSS

INSTANCE : EMPLOYEE MENU

the above is used on behalf of employee for managers
