Hi，

   I am trying to create a group for STO,as flow:

1.create a po   me21n

2. create outbound     vl10b

3. create wave   vl35

but there is a erro is "no delivery availble for making wave picks".

and the table S159 can not be update .

but i use the custome and the same master to create a SO, and  it can success to create a wave.

STO and SO wave have some different?

can u help me?

Hi Liu,

A pick wave profile is assigned to a time slot of a timeslot group, i.e.
a pick wave profile is determined only if a picking wave is created
using time slots (Infostructure S159, transaction VL35).

In VL06p you manually build the picking waves by grouping the
deliveries. There are no time slots used for grouping and hence no
picking wave profile is determined. I.e. you must manually take care
of possible capacity boundaries (weight, volumes) in this case. The
boundaries of the picking wave profiles cannot be used here.

This is the designed behaviour. As there may be several picking wave
profiles for a single warehouse number, there is no way to uniquely
determine one. Although it may be possible to modify the coding to
assign a picking wave profile, capacity constraints of the picking wave
profile will not be checked. These checks are performed only when
building picking waves via S159.

Please check with SE16 that you have a corresponding S159 entry for a
delivery, warehouse number and the specified time.

Please check if the field VBAP-STAFO is blank or not.

The LIPS-STAFO should copy from VBAP-STAFO and the VBRP-STAFO should
copy from LIPS-STAFO during the order creation.

You have to check the flags Redetermine update group' and
'Update documents' during the statistical setup.

If the delivery is not referencing a sales order, the STAFO
in the delivery is determined as per the customizing settings. Please
see SAP note number 406294, which contains a more detailed description also for
the case where the delivery is not referencing a sales order. Thus,
please kindly check your customizing for STAFO determination accordingly.

Please perform a complete statistical setup (see SAP note 64636) in the order
OLI7 -> OLI8 -> OLI9 with flags "Redetermine update group" and "Update documents"
set. This needs to be done after any change of the customizing for STAFO
determination to make sure the new STAFO customizing is used for all documents.

I have found the table VBAP and EKKO,

in the VBAP  it is 00001

EKKO  the update is SAP;

i dont know how to do?

Yes, you need to follow the SAP notes 406294 and 64636.

You also need to perform a complete statistical setup (SAP note 64636) in the order

OLI7 -> OLI8 -> OLI9 with flags "Redetermine update group" and "Update documents"

set as this needs to be done after any change of the customizing for STAFO

determination to make sure the new STAFO customizing is used for all documents.

Did you check the entry in S159 that it has a specified time as well as delivery and

warehouse number?
