Ora-12154 TNS could not resolve SAP BO 4.0 BI launch pad

Hi All,

I am trying to connect BI launch pad 4.0 report getting TNS error but I checked universe connection is working fine

Basically my universe is by default using 32 bit ODBC oracle driver connection but SAP 4.0 BI launch pad support 64 bit oracle ODBC  

I have installed 64bit and 32 bit both oracle client (oracle 11 G) and have made 64 bit ODBC driver is default on BO server window machine (window 2008 R2), oracle connection is ok with both 32 and 64 bit ODBC driver

So my question what changes required  that I can made new universe connection with 64 bit oracle ODBC

Hi

While access the Oracle DB, you need to add the TNS entry on BO server's.

Check weather TNS entry is added on BO servers or not with BASIS team/BO Admin Team
