Hi Experts,

I am getting pop up message as The Control Record is Inconsistent Payroll Area 02 while I run the Tax Reporter in Prod mode. We don't have the Payroll area 02.

Can anyone please tell me what is the reason?

Hi,

It is required for Tax Reporter when run in Production mode that if control record for any of the payroll area is created then it must be in Exit Status otherwise no record should be created for it.

If 02 payroll area is not required by your client for any of the countries then you can probably delete it and run tax Reporter just make sure all required control records for payroll area are in Exit Status.

Thank you Ameet!

I did fix this issue. The problem is, inconsistencies between the two tables T549A and T569V.

Actually payroll area 02 entry was delete from the Table T549A before the it got deleted in T569V. That why it is giving message as inconsistent.
