Adjustment Reasons Not Showing Up in ESS

Hi Friends,

                I am facing an issue where the Benefits adjustment reasons are not showing for enrollment in ESS. The new Hire enrollment is showing up. i have created valid Benefits Adjustment reasons on IT0378. I have the configuration in place in LPD_CUST. I have verified the BADI HRESS_MENU and all of its implementations are active.I kept a break point in the class HRESS_BENEFITS_AREA_PAGE and when i login to portal it is not stopping. your help is greatly appreciated.

BEN_EVENT=CHLD&system_alias=SAP_ECC_HumanResources&HIDE_SUMMARRY_STEP=X&AGR_DOCUMENT_OBJECT=HRESS_BENF_TERMS_CONDITIONS

You need to add them to the Launchpad. SAP KBA 2035911 addresses the issue.

Have you tried specifying COUNTRYGROUPING in the Launchpad parameters?

Check as Samuli has pointed out and try if you can debug the class CL_HRESS_BEN_AREA_PAGE_MENU and methods MODIFY_APPLICATION_ATTRIBUTES and MODIFY_FOLDER_ATTRIBUTES. Put a break point in first method and see why the particular application is not been visible.
