RPTARQEMAIL : attach pdf to leave approval mails sent to requester

hi all,

we are using standard leave request/approval of ess/mss. when a leave is approved by manager, the requestor is getting mails as:

Subject: Your leave request has been processed
Body:

You submitted one or more leave requests. Your requests have now been processed. For more information, see the list of your absences.

To look at the list of your absences, go to the Web application for leave requests.

Requester: yourname (yourpernr)

Approved Requests:

Request: Earned Leave, 27.08.2014 - 28.08.2014

But in our scenario, the customer wants to have a pdf attached with this email, that will contain leave granted letter in a specific format.

the pdf we designed using smartforms/adobe forms,

but where can we integrate/insert/enable this attachment to be included in the above email. is there any badi/exit/enhancement available to do this.

rptarqemail, doesn't provide that functionality, Only option is given above a modification, You can however change the texts using Se63.

refer below once might help u but not exactly fulfill ur requirement here :- 

u mean to say that in ms-outlook u need to that pdf attachment to be displayed ?

once employee attaches his leave attachment it will be getting displayed to the manager in the MSS once check above link might helpful to u .

In this case I would copy the standard program to a Z program. Enhancing the program would also be an option. I don't think that there is a badi for that.
