i have this error in rz20

please check Define Objects in Backend System (Purch. Reqs, Reservations, Purch. Orders)

do you define it?

can u send SC status?

if your Sc was in purchaser's work list please check sourcing in SPRO

thats means u need go to sourcing cockpit

so,

if your SC was approved, u should check your data entry

if your SC was awaiting approval that mean u have work flow error

all of these document did not created in ECC

Hi Jack,

Considering that you are having classic scenario the follow on document to be created is PR in this case. Currently your SC is approved and now the follow on document is still not created in ECC.

Can you check whether the entry for this SC exists in table BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB. If this exists then you might have to clear it by running the job CLEAN_REQREQ_UP.

As i am not able to see your RZ20 screenshot the above solution is just a guess looking at the SC status.

Hi Jack,

Is this error occuring only for a particular kind of SC or for all the SC created. There could be various reasons why the error is occuring.

For checking whether all the configurtions in the ECC end is in place can you create one PR in ECC system manually entering all the details which you have mentioned in the SC. Incase this does throw an error we can be able to pinpoint specifically to what the missing configuration is and do the needful accordingly.

From the error it is more likely that it is because of some issue / configuration missing in the backend ECC system.
