Error in Agentry Application Backend

One important error i am facing in the SMP Management Cockpit is the below image..in the Agentry Application, Tab Backend, i see a blank screen which is not supposed to be, there needs to be some configurations done here..Can someone please help...

Please look at the Agentry's Startup.log file.  If there no application loaded then the backend tab will be blank.

The  previous error posted is resolved and now i am having a new different error..

10:02:58 08/27/2014: Exception: 10:02:58 08/27/2014 : 20 (Agentry3), BackEndInitError (Java Back End - NoClassDefFoundError|java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/sap/conn/rfc/driver/CpicDriver : cannot link class because prior initialization attempt failed|

Any one has any idea about this? this is some rfc calling error i guess...
