MSCI Report, how to include new Sales Org. & Distr. Channel?

Hello,

We are using the transaction VA41 to create service orders. The problem is that once these orders are billed, the information isn't showing up in the LIS system, specifically the MSCI transaction.

I already tried assigning the item group both on header and item levels, however the transaction still isn't being updated. It was working correctly before we created a new distribution channel.

If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this, I would really appreciate it!

Have you tried by updating these values via OLI7 & OLI9?

Yes, but I need to configure it in such a way where the update occurs automatically. Is it possible to expand the distribution channels contemplated in the report?

Hi María,

Maybe is not the item group the issue, maybe the customer or the document are not correctly assigned. Have you checked on customer master data if the customer statistics group is assigned?, also check the updating control on LIS, you may not have assigned their statistics groups.
