We have just added state Oregon in HR Payroll. Oregon requires some specific tax reports annually.
I have question on two of the tax reports: Form WR and Oregon Combined Payroll Tax Report.
Can SAP generate those two reports? I was not able to find those from PU19.

You need to create it on your own, Kindly check the User Guide for Tax reporter from "service.sap.com/hrusa" you find the general steps how to create your own form. SAP is not providing these reports.
