Configuration with -ve time management

Dear Guru,

Initially we have done the +VE Time management configuration.By doing this activity, we were calculating OT and generating Absence Quotas.

So now i have to change the configuration from +VE TM to -VE TM.

So please advice what kind of changes are required on configuration,schema and Pcr level.

Shall i use schema TM04, or TM01. please suggest.

Schema you have to copy TM04 and how exactly you want to generate quota you have to think and decide

Hi,

You need to change the Absence quota configuration V_556A_B – Automatic Accural for Absence Quota please assign"No Generation" and need to define Generation rule as per requirement V_T559L and use report RPTQTA00 to generate quota hence forth.

But in negative time management we can also generate absence quota by Time evulaton.

Hi Rohan,

You can use TM04 and for Quota generation you need to done through RPTQTA00 instead of your time evaluation (check sap performer solution),

and Leave encashment (cumulation class28), lop you can done through normal configuration process.
