Hi Experts,
We are facing an issue in BPC NW 7.5,Sp 15
User is unable to connect Excell interface from BPF.We have tested the user access, it has the necessary access to view the report/schedule
Issue is occuring only in few user system, while with same user ID and same user access in our systems it is working fine without any issue.
User is having excel installed in poland language.
Please see the below error Screen shots.
First this error comes in the excel as soon he clicked on the report after clicking OK he gets second error.
Please see the belowconverted polish lines to english
"Internet address for bs**** report is invalid"
"not allowed to access the file, there are several possible reasons"
file name or path does not exist
file is used by another program
're trying to save the workbook has the same name as a currently open workbook
Please guide us to resolve the issue.

Did you check proxy settings of IE.
