Notification commands in MDM visio workflow

Hi Folks

I have a doubt about a feature or command in SAP MDM 7.1 for SP10 package to fetch a field in MDM.

Can someone help me in using the command  %Code=Name%

I can help some.  I am looking for more info also.  But to answer your question:

In the body of the email you can enter %Code=(The code of the field you are trying to extract)%.

%Code=Name% is an example that will write in the body of your email the data in that field for each record in the workflow. 

I would like to know how to group multiple fields by record in a single line.  For example:

Material  Number             Description             Material Type

000000000000000474      Stuffed Bear           FERT

000000000000000474      Calendar                FERT

hi Tom,

In order to display multiple fields of records in a single line, you can use %Records% in mail body of Notification step in the workflow.

With this command, all the  display fields along with Record id  of the job records will get entered in the mail body.
