I am looking for documents on Fixed Assets module in SAP B1 9.1 India Localization.

Whether it supports all the requirements as per Companies Act and Income Tax Act?

There is no such document available other than the help files which is self explanatory..

There is only one change in Fixed asset between 9.0 and 9.1 that is we can cancel 'Depreciation Run' after execute it.

There is nothing related to Income tax act in Fixed asset except you can link depreciation area 'Tax Book' with Fixed Asset Master Data. There is not any functionality or report related to Income Tax act.
