Solman: No Jobs from different isolation group in overview

Dear,

We use the SAP CPS with the free SAP license. So, we connect two SAP system in different isolation groups. Now, we want to the the status of the jobs in the Solman Workcenter: Job Managment > External Scheduler Management

We use the RFC BAE destination (crontacle-XXXX) (automaticaly created the SAP CPS BAE wizard). In field Isolation group, we only can select "GLOBAL", not another isolation group.

Is the a feature or a bug?

How is possible the get access to other isolation group in the solman?

Hello,

I found the reason: You only have to use user in uppercases in the NWA

1. I delete all user from my isolation group

2. I create all my user in upper cases.

3. In the table JCS_SUBJECT0 from SAP CPS, I change all the user to upper cases, because you can't delete or rename user in SAP CPS

4. I import again the user in the isolation group.

Now, I have problems with teh SAP Alias, because the note 1414492 hasn't any effect in my system.
