Crystal Report scheduling error

Hi,

We have a Crystal Report which was developed using SAP ECC source. It was running fine, but from couple of days report is failing with the below error.

"Error in File ~tmp360481b453961a0.rpt: Database Connector Error: 'An error occurred when setting up the system for batch data reception. Please see SAP system and gateway logs for details.'  "

We have updated the source and ran the report in designer, but after 40 mins we are getting RFC_Closed error.

We scheduled the report with removing restrictions and Groups even though we are getting same error message.

Environment details:

Business Object 4.0 SP4

Crystal Reports 2011 SP4

SAP ECC

The problem is because of SAP Roll memory, when there is not enough SAP roll memory then schedule will fail with the above error.

In my case I have created a prompt in the report to access No.of Days, based on that report will fetch the limited days data.
