How to eliminate blank cells in Bex report

Dear Experts,

As per requirement, I have calculated Age Days in bex report by using formula.

Age Days = Current Date - Net Due Date where Net Due date is Key figure Mapped with Net Due date Characteristic in transformation.

Current Cal Day is calculated in report by using F.V with Customer Exit.

In Age Days formula i have subtracted Variable - Key Figure (i.e Net Due Date).

Now when i drill down Age Days (Formula) in report it showing all documents and their age even though those document no has no values.

If i remove Age Days (Formula) it showing correct results.

My Req : Now i want eliminate blank cells even after including age days in report.

Regards,

PRK.

Hi Praveen ,

Create one condition based on your Balance key figure. Specify the condition as Balance Not Equal to ZERO.

through this condition you can eliminate all the blank cells in your report.

Hi,

Try Zero Suppresion as suggested by Suman , after suppression also it not works then  in Display tab  of that  structure enable structure as group : only apply suppression when all elements are 0.

Thanks.

Have you tried Column level zero suppression on the KF whole structure?

Hi,

Did you change any bex query properties as Display zero as space  or by default for all kfg's showing as blank values.

try like this for all kfg's which are showing blank values add kfg  + 0 , now it will show blank values as zero  and then apply zero suppresion.

Thanks.
