SAP CRM Upgrade to 7.3 - Web UI page Blank

Hi All,

We recently upgraded our SAP CRM system from 7.1 to 7.3.

After the upgrade when we try to create Opportunity (UI component - BT111H_OPPT), it shows blank page.

We can able to view existing opportunities but when we select new, there we facing issue.

Attached screen shot of the same.

Check SICF tcode for the UI component, its active.

Anyone come across similar issue ? Please advise.

I don't see the screenshot.

Does the blank page occur when creating an activity for example.?

Please login to CRM GUI and T code BSP_WD_CMPWB and then use the BT111H_OPPT and check the configuration page and see if the custom configuration is chosen

1. Check if any ST22 short dump

2. Check you user has create authorisation or su53

3. If above 2 points ok then you ccheck whether configuration is correct for corresponding view, Configuration (key) triggered is same for Create /Display scenario
