I found this article on the Harvard Business Review blog and seem interesting to know the findings. I am sure most of us would have noticed something or other that we do or observe while attending conference call.

Just read this. One of the comments sums it up nicely: "I'm reading this on a conference call right now."
Not surprised by the findings. There are too many phone calls with too many people invited. Can't blame anyone for doing something else instead of just being bored out of their mind
By the way, that video in Bill McDermott's blog was mighty funny too.
