Are you able to provide the log and role assignment mapping information or have you managed to step through and resolve this?

Stephen.

Looking at the role mapping screen shot I can see the SAP role Z:HRPA_GOVT_OFFICER_00 is being mapped to the ROLE_Manager Nakisa role.
In the debug page screen shot I can see only one "Z:*" SAP role - Z:HRPA_REPORT_SPECIALIST_00, which is obviously different to the one in the previous screen shot.
So my first questions would be have you ....

So that's different to the original screen shot ... therefore just to rule out the chance the change hasn't been properly picked up have you since making the amendment:
Failing that perhaps double check that the role is being assigned in the same SAP environment and client as that being accessed by your Nakisa application.
If that's aligned then are there any errors appearing in the cds.log on or after user login?
It may even be worth trying to set-up a very basic account to test with. i.e. one that just has one mapped SAP role (mapped in Nakisa app) and the appropriate roles to run RFCs, etc. Does the issue still occur for such an account?

Could you post some screen shots highlighting the role assignment in AdminConsole, the role assignment in SAP and the debug page for the "very basic account"?
Are you indicating that there are no errors appearing in the cds.log during login ... you didn't really specify either way.
Are you otherwise able to login to the application with the user and navigate normally - i.e. SSO signing you into the application successfully and the app is allowing you to interact with it?

Stephen.
