MESSAGE_TYPE_X dump while expanding infoprovider in RSA1

Hi experts,

We are receiving the following error in the "QAS" system while expanding specific "info providers" in Tx RSA1. It worth to mention this started
happening after transporting hierarchies from the DEV system and this is not happening in that environment (DEV).

•          Category ABAP Programming Error

•          Runtime Errors MESSAGE_TYPE_X

•          ABAP Program CL_RSAWBN_OBJ_IOBJ_DATA=======CP

•          Application Component BW-WHM-AWB

We have done some search in Service Market Place and the following note has been found: "1272119 - MESSAGE_TYPE_X while expanding subtree in RSA1". The described error matches the one we are currently experiencing but the values for the fields
it's supposed to be changed, are not the same. According to the note, the following should be done:

To solve this dump you need to change the field 'TYPE' from D to M in table RSOLTPSOURCE and change the
field 'ISTYPE' from D to M in table RSISOSMAP for the involved datasource.

However the current value for those fields is "H". The same value is present in DEV environment and as I've already mentioned, the error is not  present there. Because of that, my assumption is that the error is not related to these field values.

Our current release is 7.31. We've recently upgraded it from 7.00 

Please let me know is some extra detail is required.
