I am looking for a POC on Sales Promotions concept in SAP. My client has requested me to come up with documentation and config steps.
I am not sure how to go about on this? Can someone please help?

Is your Client a Retail Company?
If they are into Retail then the Promotion Management functionality of IS Retail with transaction WAK1 will suffice your requirement.
