error in usage decision by qe11(Message no. QV121)

hi all,

when i am doing UD by qe11 it gives an error Message no. QV121

although i already maintained data in qs51 for respective plant.

kindly help its urgent

Please go to customizing, path:

Transaction QCC0

Quality Management

-> Quality Inspection

-> Inspection Lot Creation

  -> Maintain Inspection Types

     Go to the inspection type of the lot.

Here, please review the field 'UD Selected Sets'. The F1-help states:

 Use
 If you enter a selected set, the system only allows you to make usage
 decisions that are included in the selected set for the inspection type
 Dependencies
 You can use the indicator Selected set in same plant to limit the
 selection to the plant to which the inspection lot belongs.

Please check the field 'UD selected set' if there is any value, then check QS52 to see the same one get maintained, if not, the error will come up. Therefore, please either maintain an entry for selected

set or leave field 'UD Selected Set' blank. By maintaining a value of in this field, you are limiting the

pool of usage decisions to a single selected set.

Also check the setting 'Selected set in the same plant' (V_TQ30-KZVEWERKS). By selecting the indicator 'Selected set in the same plant', you can only use usage decisions from the selected sets that are in the same plant as the inspection lot.
