Dynamic Prompt does not work in multi level parameter for CR XI

I am using Crystal Report XI. I created the following 2 level dynamic parameter.

When I run the screen for parameters, the first level list of values does not show up.

When I have only one level parameter, it shows the list of values, but not in multi-level?

What's going wrong here?

Thanks for responding. The link you posted does not work. Please verify and re-post.

Also, just fyi this issue is specific to CR XI. When I use CR 2011, it works fine.

What version of CR XI R2 are you on?

Please make sure you're on the highest available Service Pack for CR XI R2.
