Dear Experts,
Iam working on implementing e-recruitment release 606 (integrated scenario). Service HRRCF_A_CANDIDATE_REGISTRATION is used for registration of external candidates. The external candidate enters the information and submits the request. An email is sent to the candidate. When I checked the email in SOST, the email has an attachment (form) and it contains the information about the external candidate with the SAP logon user and alias information. It also has the information about the sender, which is not required.
How will the external candidate know the link to register himself completely like his profile and qualifications and attach his CV? This link should be there in the email sent to him.
The email has no mention of logon password. How can he get the password to login to the link ?
Can we have a simple email with the link and the logon user ID and password for the external candidate to login to the link and complete his registration? (instead of sending a form)?
Please suggest.
Thanks
Abdul
Yes this is customizing + development. You normally adapt the standard mails (smartforms) and copy them to Z forms. In that smartform you can send the candidate's startpage (function module HRRCF_WD_GENERATE_STARTPAGEURL gives you that).
In the smartform you can generate a password and add it in the mail.
