I have a requirement of showing top 5/bottom 5 figures in my sap dashboard?

Dear Gurus:

I have a requirement of showing top 5/bottom 5 figures in my sap dashboard. First how can i cater this need. I am using IDT as my query design tool.

My questions how can I cater this need. I don't know how many options I have.

Either I can fulfill this requirement at query level or I have to cater it ultimately in my xcelsius using some formula. Kindly Advise with examples by attaching source files.

Both are possible, but you need to check where its flexible to apply.
