Unable to Generate the report from WWI

Hi Experts .

Please advise if there is any possible way to fix this issue .Find the attached Screen shot .

Here in the below screen shot error message tells as below.

Adobe Reader could not open 'reshfil0.WWI' because it is either not a  supported file type or because the file has been damaged(For example,it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded)

This error happening for the particular user id only and we checked the roles for that user  also but no clues what went wrong.

Hi kiran

As stated by ralf it should be in ms word.if it is in pdf there might be some coversion config at wwi.ini level.check the oss note 744096 you may get the solution.

Hi Kiran,

this file should be opened by MS Word, not Adobe Reader. Please check the settings in the system.
