Hi Gurus,
can any body tell me what are the steps and ways we need to check when we got a issue " not able to do result recording or usage decision " for a inspection lot.

This case happens when Inspection lot Status has CRTD status. In this case you need to check whether Inspection Plan is assigned or not for particular Inspection Lot.
You can check this by using tcode QA02/ by going QA32 & click on Change Inspection lot.
For assign Inspection plan, go to Change mode of Inspection lot & click on Task List/Specif. button. Once Plan assigned System Status changed from CRTD to REL. Now you able to do RR & UD of that inspection lot.

Go to Qa32-->give required fields-->select the inspection lot-->click on results button-->input the results & save -->click on usage decision button-->input UD code & stock & save.
