dynamic parameter - how to clear the old list

Hi,

(A) Dynamic parameter within report

I have reports with dynamic parameters and I would like to know how to clear the old list?

Eg: the report was created initially with Cascading dynamic parameter Country--> Territory, now I have created a new one for Country--> State.

When I look at existing parameter, I can still see Country--> Territory listed, how do I remove it?

(B) Dynamic parameter published to Crystal Report Server

Once I have published a report with dynamic parameter to Crystal report server, I would like to know whether the dynamic parameter is still kept within the report or it is kept somewhere in the Crystal report server that I can clear the list?

Hi Shwu,

a) To delete the Old Dynamic Prompt, login to Business View Manager > Browse to the LOV you wish to delete > Right-click > Delete.

b) Once a report is published to the repository, the Dynamic Prompts are saved to the repository. You can manage these prompts from the Business View Manager.
