Error in lmdb sync

Dear all

we are on solman 7.1 sp4 we are trying to add product system it shows system not add in LMDB the lmdb job cancelled SAP_LMDB_LDB_0000000001 can cancelled continuously it throws error

it shows

HTTP destination LMDB_SyncDest1 is unreachable (http://IDxxx.ra.com:8001/sld/cimom (sld/active))

for this we have check rfc LMDB_SyncDest1 changed user and made it successful but still there is error

give me some solution

In addition could you please try to sync system with report RLMDB_SYNC_TECHNICAL_SYSTEM,on execution if you faced any issues than share the results.

Hi Rajendra,

Could you check for any inconsistencies with report AI_LMDB_EXTSID_CONSISTENCY.Please share the results.Also are you getting any dumps and share if any.

Hi Rajendra,

Please check the below note for SAP_LMDB_LDB_<instance number> job is canceled.

2002652 - The SAP_LMDB_LDB_<Instance number> job is cancelled or hanging

1436791 - SLD content synchronisation with 7.0 source system

we have cleared the LMDB_SyncDest1 authorization test now it throws following error

Hi,

Is the RFC LMDB_SyncDest1 passing the authorization test?

What user are you using for LMDB_SyncDest1? Please make sure you are using the user SLDDSUSER for the RFC.

It seems the change are not propagated from SLD to LMDB and the destination LMDB_SyncDest1 is unreachable every once in a while.

it passes the connection test

Cancel and reschedule this job.

Also, the User ID and Password are incorrect, please correct them.

Try to login with this user to URL that you can see in the job logs.

Then you know what the problem is ?

i cancelled the job and reschedule the job but same thing it cancel the job and ask for correct user id and password i think i forgot the sld user and password so what next i have reset them

i had given one user id and password it went smoothly but when it run the jobn it throws the error
