Creating summation in BEx for Cells

Former Member

Hello Experts,

I want to display the sum of the Rows as is shown in the picture attached. Unfortunately, when I try to use the SUMCT or any other summation function in the cell, I do not get the option for selecting the ROW (for e.g. Mai or Juni or....).

Can anyone please show me some pointers on how to achieve this?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Kiran,

In your formula FORMEL1, just add all the KFS from its left..I mean, in the column section, in the keyfigure structure, just enter KF1 + KF2 + KF3 + ... + KFn..You don't need to sum them one by one for each row..No need also to select the row, the formula will auto adjust based on its row..

Thanks Loed for the response.

when i give the FORMEL5 = KF1, then the value comes correctly for all the rows, which makes sense...

but unfortunately..i am getting "X" when I give the formula KF1 + KF2 + ...

Can you please help me with further pointers?

Hi Kiran,

Put a NODIM for each of your KF..

For example:

NODIM(KF1) + NODIM(KF2) + ... + NODIM(KFn)

Can you post a screenshot of your formula? Did you type the formula in each cell or in the keyfigure structure?
