Moving ASE from AIX to Windows

Hi Guys

What is the best way to move ASE Version 12.5.3 Database from AIX 5.5 to ASE Version 16 on Windows Server 2008? Database is under 4GB so not a huge task. I would like to know the safest way to move this over.

I'm sure this has been answered before, but I could not find the solution, I apologise for asking again.

Are you running SAP on Sybase ASE ? If yes, then wondering how DB size could be under 4 GB???
