Custom Tab in transaction VC01N

Hi all,

I need to add custom tab in transaction VC01N.But there is no screen exit found for it.

what should i do now for adding custom tab on transaction VC01N?

Hi Sachin,

I don't think there is any exit for adding new tab.

You have to create a Transaction variant and then assign this variant to the document type you are using.

thanks for your prompt reply.

But when i am going to transaction SHD0 for creating transaction variant. It is not showing any field on the screen variant .How can i add tab by using transaction variant?

Please guide.

Hi Sachin,

Transaction variant wont help , as i believe it is for hiding the fields in the satndard transaction.I am afraid there is no screen exit available for custom tabs.Try to get an access key and edit the screen.

Check the Program SAPLV43D

Check these two screens by debugging 102 & 105 these two are having 10 Tabstrips.
