Regarding QM11 Functionality

Hello Eveyone,

I have one doubt related to transaction code QM11.
When the notification selection criteria is given with notification status “Completed”, records obtained also include the Notifications for which the
Deletion flag is set.

Is there any existing standard functionality or the standard transaction code using which we can restrict the notifications for which the deletion flag is set ??

Hi Mansur,

Create a slection profile using

QCC0>Quality Notifications>Notification processing>Status Management>Define Selection Profile

You need to set status DLFL as shown in below picture fro CANC status; Do not forget to tick "not" column.

Enter this selection profile in QM11.

Yes , create selection profile is one of option .

But I would like to know , Is there any t. codes available
for  select the DELF notifications ? (QM09, QM10 …14…16 ..QM19).

Hope you are doing well

Well, As Amol said the selection profile is one option and another is to set the layout in QM10 or any notification report along with variants or user default one.

Instead of any development use stdn functionality of SAP variants , layouts and selection profiles.
