2LIS_04_P_MATNR value mismatch in PSMNG field

Former Member

Hi ,

Have a problem for few orders where in AFPO table shows value 198000 in PSMNG field and 180000 in RSA3 for 2LIS_04_P_MATNR.

I've done a reestructuration in R3 for 2LIS_04_P_MATNR extractor again, but it still show 180000 value.

In OPL5, I've checked the release version for header, operation and Item, and all of them are marked.

Can anyone help me?

Regards,

Dolors

at OPL5 there is one more check box - update, have you played with it?

At OPL5 we need to set above settings(which you selected) for order type.

can you check your record and order type.

at OPL5 you set above settings for the same order type or different one.

please cross check it.

Hi,

in OPL5 there's only one option, update. We only use PP01 Order type for two different plants, and there's the same values for each one.

Hi,

at RSA3, can you try to debug your data source by suing debug option there.

PSMNG value is multiplying/division by 1.1 (180000X1.1 = 198000 or 198000/1.1 = 180000).

Can check with your functional team, is there any value or conversion to PSMNG by 1.1.

at OPL5, Again do the same settings and save it properly.

later try extract at RSA3 and check it.

if you do he resetting then you need to delete the setup tables and again fill it.

Thanks

Hi,

there are many more differences in quantities and do not correspond to the 1,1 conversion.

I'm trying to debugging the RSA3, but I find nothing special.

Hi,

is it possible that the error comes from RMCFNEUA program?

I think its not.Actually we use above prorgram to fill the setup tables. but in your case you may be filled setup tables thru manual by using related T-code.

Hi,

I've done several tests. I have a released order with 180000 UN. In BW appears 180000 UN too. I've modified the order quantity to 198000 UN. In BW appears 180000 UN, it hasn't changed.

This may be related to the OPL5 tcode?

Hi,

at OPL5 undo the settings and check it.

Like remove all check boxes at OPL5 ,save and activate it.

log off and log into server, again go to OPL5 and select check boxes ,save and activate it.

Later you can change the values and see.

Thanks

hi,

you had mentioned that you had changed the qty later, have you extracted the delta from rsa7 to BW? If you are performing full then have you deleted/reloaded the setup table again. Once the setup table are filled any change will flow to the change to extraction/delta queue and that data will not be available in setup table/RSA3 extract.

Arvind.
