E-Seperation Exit form

Dear Experts,

I have a question on E-Seperation Exit form.

When the employee is saving the Exit form in E-Seperation,

the form is gettig downloaded in the ".txt" format.

and i have to change the setting manually to "pdf" format.

can anyone please explain me about the exit form process

and also i would like to know the process when the employee fills the Exit form.

In which format does the

Employee Interview Exit form in E-Seperation is downloaded, also,

once the employee fills and submit it,then, it should be triggered directly to the respective mail id's

of the managers ?

the employee exit form will be downloaded in PDF format...  not in .txt format ......

but could u please tell me,how to change the format from ".txt" to ".pdf" ?
