Hi All,
Would like to seek help I'm not sure why the alert always sent every 10 minutes indicating the instance is down, but I check the instance is up and running. any idea to turn off the alert message?

Resolved the issue due to network issue.

If CCMS sends it you should see the path to MTE in the alert text which creates alert. If you see only the text as above, then not sure that CCMS infrastructure create these alerts, and this is why I would check details of the e-mails in SOST first before checking all possible transactions...

From where are you getting this alert ?
Ccms or technical monitoring ?
Is your system reachable from solman?
If it's java system, have a look at GC of server nodes.
