Apply leave only one time

Dear Expert,

I have a scenario for absences types.

Employee are expiate from the home country  to other country at that time employee are eligible for the relocation leave for 7 days.

but this 7 days should be validity within 3 months from the Expiate date of  employee.

If employee took only 4 days relocation leave then he cant apply for another 3 days leave.

system should impart the massage  that you had already applied for leaves no more eligible.

Leave quotas should not be create.

can you guide me how can i configure this scenario.

Please help me.

Hi Urvashi,

Are you running time evaluation?

If yes then based on the action reason you can generate this kind of leave quota with required validatity deduction.

For your second query you can use a user exit against your absence type in IT2001 with ABAP help.

Hi Urvashi,

You have to maintain a PCR for checking the balance leave available in the quota. Check when the quota is availed , then update 0 value in quota.

For generation of quota the logic provided by Sankarsan is fair enough for your requirement.
