MISSING SELECT EXPERT BUTTON IN CRYSTAL REPORT VIEWER 2008 FOR JAVA

Hi All,

In CR 8.5 there is a Select Expert Button in crystal report viewer ActiveX control.

Now i am using crystal report 2008 with Java web application, When I view the reports from JSP page,  this button is missing in Crystal Report Viewer control. Is there any other way to call select expert dialog box at run time.

Sorry, this feature is no longer available in the viewer.  I believe the viewer for 8.5 used the RDC components which made this type of thing possible.  IIRC, the RDC was deprecated with the XI version of Crystal and it is no longer available, so the viewer are using different components.

Unfortunately, no version of CR or CRS has this functionality anymore. This may be a good request for the SAP Idea Place though.
