TPM- Status Driven Events Problem

Hello,

When i create and save a trade promotion document, after that i couldn't reject it in opened, created status. It contents an error message and i can't reject it.. it is related to status driven events in configuration. Normally, FUND_USAGE_FINALIZATION_HANDLER option is used as an Error message. If we choose FUND_USAGE_FINALIZATION_HANDLER is as warning message, there is no problem. We can reject trade promotion doucument easily.

It can be a bug on it, because i have to use FUND_USAGE_FINALIZATION_HANDLER end of the promotion, but in status opened; there is no fund usage. I searched oss notes or smt. like this, i couldn't find a solution. Could you please help me about it?

Hi Duygu,

Can you provide the error message that you are getting?

Also check the forbidden field in the status profile set up in SPRO.

System Status Overview - Loyalty Management - SAP Library

The status 'reject' must not set to a trade promotion that is not yet released. When checking the same in the system the 'reject' and 'finished' status is available for released trade promotions only.

Are you using a user status profile that may overrule the standard lifecycle status status?
