Kernel and EHP Upgrade for DIs

Hi All,

We are performing EHP6 Upgrade on our ECC6.0 system.

On Production System, We have one PAS and 10 AAS, Stack file has Target Kernel.

My Question is to upgrade Kernel and EHP on DIs, Will SUM take care upgarde of DIs also or I have to manually Upgrade DIs Kernel and then re-install DIs to get EHP6 version.

Please suggest.

During the configuration phase you need to check the box "Update Dialog Instances" in SUM to get the application servers updated.

Hi Shivam

During the time of EHP6 upgrade SUM will take care your kernel release for CI(Not on any application instance you have to perform manually ). at the time of downloading the support package you have to download latest kernel & DBSL patches
