How to map Customer in to Table : CRMM_BUT_CUSTNO

Can anyone please suggest how to get customer no in the below image table ( CRMM_BUT_CUSTNO)

Due to this we are getting WARNING msg for Credit check in CRM (Customer not assigned to BP GUID)

Hi JK,

You can use transaction CRMM_BUPA_MAP to map the information about the customer to add to the table CRMM_BUT_CUSTNO. You may se if you can make use of a request load for the given customer to bring the relevant information across which can be achieved via R3AR2/R3AR4 respectively.

BP exist in both the systems, but only the  thing is table CRMM_BUT_CUSTN it is not showing BP GUID.

Hi JK,

If you are using the BP to BP scenario this table will never be filled as this is the mapping table for BP to Customer. It will only be filled in a BP to Customer or CVI scenario. If you are using a BP to Customer scenario you could make use of the report in note 609766 to correct the inconsistencies in the mapping tables such as CRMM_BUT_CUSTNO. Hope that helps.
