How to get Max Concurrent User count Logged on to System in the past month?

Dear Experts,

I have a requirement to get the information about the maximum & least number of users logged on to the system in the past month along with the date.

I have checked RZ20 --> CCMS monitoring template but it gives only present day count.

Kindly suggest on this.

Hello Bharath,

if you did not collected these data for MTE classes from RZ20 in CPH, then ST03 is the only possibility to get some data for the past.

You can activate collection of the data from RZ20 in CPH (transaction RZ23N), you can activate it directly from RZ20 - select the MTE, then "Display details", then "Central Performance History" and "Output as Report".

Goto ST03 -> select day/week/month from server/total -- >workload overview and select users tab.

Dear Divyanshu,

It gives based on the workload but we need the Users Logged in count as in AL08 t-code.

It should include month wise report of logged in users.

Kindly suggest.

I believe, the total number of users is what you can say maximum number of users for a day.

If you need to get the data for all days in a month - filter out the maximum and minimum using the same.
