Hi All,
At one workplace can not be taken from the BCM call back with a message "function is not supported with the current contact status" in CRM.
On the other workplace call is received normally.
Reinstallation of the client software did not produce results.
What can be linked this error?

What is the status of the contact? Is is inactive or soemthing like this. You might also check in table T100 which error message this is. And in SE91 you do a where-used-ckeck, put a break-point there and analyze the coding where this message is raised.
