Most allocated extents in any segment oracle 11g

Hi,

We are getting many ccms alerts related to  "Most allocated extents in any segment".  a LOB SEGMENT has  many extens almost 2292.

Please find the below details.

2.292  SAPSR3 SOFFCONT1.SYS_LOB0000899757C00007$$        LOB SEGMENT

Could you please sugget me, how to resolve these type of segment issues as well as , how to decrease the extents on fly.

.2.3. Segments approaching max_extents---------------------------------------This is the number of segments that trigger red or yellow alerts for the "Fewest extents left before max_extents" node.Important: This alert has only an informative role for locally managed tablespaces (LMTS), where the max extents attribute is set to UNLIMITED and the next extents size is determined automatically by Oracle. As a result, the number of extents is no longer a critical factor for LMTS.
